UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS SYSTEMS)
The assembly of all industrial UPS systems takes place in a customized way, entirely according to your requirements and requests. The installation of additional outputs or additional DC power supply as well as the type of cabinet, the color, the position of further installations or more equipment features can be determined by the customer. As a matter of course comprehensive connection options to computer systems or to a central control station are available for these customized systems.
ONLINE UPS SYSTEM
As online systems (double converter, continuous transducers technology), our UPS systems protect against system interferences and failures of any kind in a secure and economic way.
ROBUST UPS-TECHNOLOGY FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION
The various requirements and application areas in the industry require specific designs of UPS systems and necessitate customer-specific adaptations or developments of UPS systems. Whether it is ambient conditions deviating from the norm, shock or vibration loads or the installation of DC supply, patch panels or further additional installations: our engineers take into account your requests and requirements and create the respective professional and customized solution.
ASSEMBLY EASY TO SERVICE
Our UPS systems are installed easy to service, thus all main structural components are exchangeable with little effort. Depending on the application the batteries can be fitted into an UPS cabinet or mounted into a battery cabinet adapted to the design of the UPS system.
COMMUNICATION
All system data can be accessed via an RS 232 / USB interface – optional they can be transmitted via RS 485, SNMP adapter, Modbus adapter, Profibus or via other bus systems.
DC/AC CONVERTERS (INVERTERS)
Inverters are designed for input voltages of 110 V and 220 V (more are available on request) with an accepted tolerance of voltage fluctuations of -18% up to +25%. The systems generate a sinusoidal output voltage with low harmonic distortion and provide a high short circuit current. Due to pulsed technology lower construction volume and high efficiency are achieved. Additionally, the recovery control of sudden load variations improves by means of high pulse frequency.
INVERTER AS EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY.
Should inverters be combined with batteries, they are extremely suitable for emergency power supply of sensitive AC consumers in power plants, sewage treatment plants, production sites and the like.
DIFFERENT VERSIONS
Systems of the inverter are available in three versions: as open building panel in IP00, as 19-inch slots or mounted in a control cabinet; special versions for shipbuilding, mining, the armed forces, railway engineering and more are available optionally on request.
PLAIN TEXT DISPLAY / DISPLAY
Multiple monitoring devices and indicating elements inform the user constantly about the current status of the device. The devices are equipped with a microcomputer- controlled monitoring and control system with LCD dot matrix display 2×16 characters / plain text display. A potential-free signal contact serves to alert accumulated fault signals. A DC input filter with charge control is available. Additionally, these inverters can be supplied optionally with electronic changeover device or with electromechanical changeover device.

Stuffing Boxes
Stuffing Boxes offer an economical solution to sealing off a rod lift well. The industry standard design has a proven dependability when operating at a 1500 psi working pressure. There are numerous combinations of bodies and packing to work in most applications. All units can be fitted with an Oil Reservoir Gland or HE-LUG to improve the performance of the unit and reduce costly maintenance. The DPSB can also be fitted with a Pollution Control Base to seal off the unit if the polished rod were to fail.

Safety Relief Valves
Safety Relief Valve (SRV) offers a top-of-the-line economical pressure relief valve. The Safety Relief Valve is engineered to operate in a variety of general-purpose gas and liquid applications. The SRV is manufactured and tested in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Section XIII. Flow capacities are tested and independently certified by the National Board to ensure proper function and relief capacities. All certified valves are stamped with the symbols “UV” and “NB” to signify they were assembled and tested in accordance to ASME code requirements.
Silicon Products
Our seals and gaskets can be fabricated to create seals for any oil and gas application. These seals can even be created for large perimeter areas. Our team can extrude our elastomer products to seal areas that make die-cut gaskets unworkable. The Elastomers team can even create gaskets that are circular, rectangular, or unique shapes that are exclusive to a particular purpose.
The products we make are very resistant to compression, pressure, and high and low temperatures that oil and gas equipment is regularly subjected to. Match one of our 30 to 80 durometer shore “A” compounds with a profile of your design for your unique sealing problems.
